Glossary |
Stands for Atom Specification Language. This is a language that allows you to specify a set of atoms in terms of classifications and properties.
The location in the Schrödinger software installation where Maestro loooks to find various resources to set as the defaults, such as menus, preferences, color schemes and ramps, mouse mappings, fonts, and so on. This location is as follows:

| Windows: | %SCHRODINGER%\maestro-vversion\data\res |
where SCHRODINGER is the environment variable that defines the
location of the installation.
The location where Maestro loooks to find various resources that you have customized, such as menus, preferences, color schemes and ramps, mouse mappings, fonts, and so on. This location is as follows:
| Linux: | $HOME/.schrodinger/maestroNN |
| Windows: | %APPDATA%\Schrodinger\maestroNN |
On Linux and Mac, HOME is the environment variable for your home
directory (often /home/username on
Linux, /Users/username on Mac).
On Windows, APPDATA is the location of your application data,
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming.
