The transitionTimingFunction property specifies the speed curve of the transition effect.
This property allows a transition effect to change speed over its duration.
The transitionTimingFunction property is supported in Internet Explorer 10, Firefox, Opera, and Chrome.
Safari supports an alternative, the WebkitTransitionTimingFunction property.
Note: The transitionTimingFunction property is not supported in Internet Explorer 9 and earlier versions.
